International Education Development Program welcomes new students

On October 1st, 2024, the entrance ceremony for Hiroshima University took place, welcoming 36 new students to the International Education Development Program. Among them were nine doctoral students, 18 master’s students, and nine research and audit students from various countries such as Bangladesh, Cambodia, China, Egypt, Ethiopia, Fiji, Ghana, Indonesia, Japan, Kiribati, Laos, Malawi and Nigeria.

In congratulatory remarks, Program Director Prof. Baba encouraged students to embrace the opportunity to learn from one another and faculty members, emphasizing the value of their diverse backgrounds and rich experiences.
